Teacher's Pet

Have you seen these cute little bottles of hand gel at Bath and Body Works?
I think it will make a sweet gift for my little one to take to her teacher on the first day of Kindergarten! Nothing like getting a bribe in on the first day. LOL!

Aren't the tags adorable too? I love the old fashion composition book boarder.

And did I mention they have a pink version too for the hand soap? It's antibacterial and applicious! I had to get one for myself. I seriously doubt if any high school student will be caught dead bringing me one on the first day of school, so I had to take matters into my own hands. So glad I did.

The Day The Circus Came to Town...

There were party favors galore

Ellie the elephant took center stage

Balloons were yours for the asking

Candy and trinkets were the order of the day

Special yo yos awaited a spin

The garage became a magical tent

There were games to be played

And prizes to be won

Decorations came to life

Elephants were on parade

The peanuts were fresh

The scent of sugar was in the air

Sweets abounded

Darling circus animals found their way onto a cake

There were tickets to be earned

invitations to be accepted

and ice cream to be shared.

The wishes of this five year old came true!

Easy Listening

The temperature outside today was 106 degrees. No worries though, because inside the AC was pumping and so was this little pink radio. Nothing but 1950's oldies. Perfect.
