Without really intending to, I have started collecting alarm clocks. The crazy thing is while I love the way they look, I cannot stand to hearing them tick. No, you don't need to alert the police. It's not one of those Tell-Tale Heart scenarios. It's just one of those peevish things to me like the drip, drip, dripping sound of water, or the drum, drum, drumming of anxious fingers. Distracting. Annoying. Unnerving.
So despite my best intentions, I have once again opted for "form" over "function." Story of my life. Hope the dogs don't get any bright ideas as to how to make these little beauties functional.Thanks so much for stopping by today! Such a sweet clock! That 2nd one is wonderful.
I love old clocks too, but just can't use one. I like dependability and would always forget to wind it. I'm on the hunt for a gorgeous electric alarm clock, but have never seen one. If you know of any sources, please let me know!
